The Grand Rapids Mud Run is a messy, muddy, obstacle and challenge-based 5K run that’s designed to be safe for competitive athletes, fun seekers, and families. The first Grand Rapids Mud Run was held in 2010 in West Michigan. Today it attracts thousands of mud-lovers and includes lots of mud pits, a 60-foot mudslide, a swamp, tunnel crawls, walls, slippery hill climbs, a 30-foot cargo climb, and much more.
